Full Membership Includes
A personalized exercise program
Unlimited use of all gym facilities
Access to the steam bath and sauna
Full health screening, including a fitness assessment
Note: Special studio classes and events are charged separately
Membership Policies
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Membership runs from the date of purchase to the expiry date.
Freezing of membership is only allowed for quarterly memberships and above.
Members must check in on the biometric machine at reception on every visit.
Part or partial payment is not permitted; full payment must be made upfront.
Postdated cheques and credit facilities are not accepted.
Members cannot use the facilities after their membership expires unless renewed and fully paid.
Members are advised to check with their doctor on their general medical fitness before using the fitness facilities.

Operating Hours
Monday–Friday: 5:00am – 9:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: 9:00am – 9:00pm
Last admission:
Weekdays: 9:30pm
Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays: 6:30pm
Entry & Admission
Management reserves the right of admission.
All applicants must complete the membership form.
Membership card is issued upon full payment.
Guests may try the spa facilities before joining by paying the daily fee.
Facility Use & Conduct
No smoking anywhere in the gym or spa.
Proper sports clothing and footwear are required at all times.
No children under 13 years allowed in weight and cardio areas.
Disorderly, rude, or offensive behavior will result in membership termination without refund.
Members must handle equipment carefully; any wilful damage will be charged at cost.
Towels and slippers must be returned after use; loss or damage will be charged.
Lockers are allocated per visit; lost keys will incur lock replacement charges.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of members; management is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death.
Members must update the management on changes to their contact details.
Health & Safety
Shower before entering the steam room.
Do not eat, drink alcohol, shave, blow your nose, spit, or dry clothes in the steam room or showers.
Do not tamper with temperature or control devices—call an attendant for assistance.
Do not use the facilities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication causing drowsiness.
Members with diabetes, heart disease, high/low blood pressure, or pregnancy must consult a doctor before using the facilities and provide a medical certificate if required.
Management accepts no liability for health complications arising from use of the facilities.
Spa Treatments
All treatments and massages must be pre-booked and paid for separately before the session begins.
Corporate & Group Membership
In addition to the above rules, the following apply to corporate and group memberships:
Minimum of five members required for either corporate or group membership.
Only available for annual memberships.
Both membership types enjoy a discount on yearly fees.
Payment must be made via one company cheque; start and expiry dates are the same for all members in the group.
Individual payments for corporate membership are not accepted.
Each member must complete an individual application form and abide by all rules and regulations.
Management Rights
The management may revise rates, rules, and regulations at its discretion.
Membership can be terminated without refund for serious or repeated breaches of the rules.
All members agree to indemnify Femina Fit Gym & Spa against any claims relating to loss, damage, or injury.
